Currently serving as a Técnico Especialista em Manutenção at InterCement since January 2001, Sandro specializes in planning significant maintenance shutdowns, managing daily maintenance schedules, and developing technical drawings and maintenance standards. Previous roles include work as a mecânico de operação and mecânico de manutenção, where expertise in mechanical assembly, maintenance, and operational processes was cultivated. Sandro holds a Técnico Mecânico em Máquinas e Equipamentos degree from SENAI, completed between 2007 and 2009, reinforcing a solid foundation in mechanical engineering practices.
