Seiiti Suzuki has extensive experience in sustainability and research and development, currently serving as Gerente de Sustentabilidade at InterCement since April 1993. Responsibilities include leading a team of over 10 members, aligning sustainability goals with organizational strategies, reporting to the Director of Sustainability, and overseeing the ESG journey. Previously, Seiiti held roles such as Gerente de P&D, where significant achievements included securing 11 patents and implementing a circular economy project that saved R$1.5M annually. Additionally, Seiiti worked as a Consultor de sustentabilidade, developing corporate sustainability policies and leading training programs for climate change awareness. With a solid educational background, including a Master's degree in Cement and Supplementary Cementitious Material and multiple MBAs, Seiiti Suzuki is a recognized leader in sustainability practices within the cement industry.
