Thomas Rosenberg

Thomas Rosenberg, CPA has extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Thomas is currently serving as the Director of Accounting and Assistant Controller at Intercept Pharmaceuticals since October 2019. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Senior Accounting Manager at Allergan / Lifecell from May 2017 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining legal entity structures and optimizing intercompany relationships.

Before their tenure at Allergan, Thomas worked as a Senior Accounting Manager at LifeCell, An Acelity Company from July 2016 to May 2017. During this time, they managed the monthly book close and consolidation process and improved the fixed asset process through implementing new procedures and configuration changes.

Thomas began their career at Alcatel-Lucent in May 1995, where they worked as an Accounting Manager. Here, they provided technical accounting expertise, analyzed revenue recognition, and managed the bids and proposal review process for the North America region.
