Wayne Harris

Wayne Harris has a diverse background in culinary and sales management, currently serving as the National Multi-Unit Sales Manager at Intercity Packers Meat & Seafood since September 2025. Previously, Wayne held the position of Director of Brand Innovations at CRAFT Beer Market from September 2022 to September 2025, and spent nearly a decade at Cactus Club Cafe, initially as Chef and then as Executive Chef. From March 2010 to July 2013, Wayne was the Executive Chef at Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, playing a key role in the hotel's opening team. Earlier career experiences include roles as Restaurant Chef at Pan Pacific Hotels Group from 2005 to 2007 and Sous Chef at Lumiere Restaurant from 2002 to 2005. Wayne Harris is an alumnus of Mount Boucherie.
