Simon Hayes

Simon Hayes has extensive experience in billing and energy analysis, currently serving as Billing Manager at Intercity Telecom Ltd. since August 2012, following a role as Billing Analyst. Prior to joining Intercity Telecom, Simon worked as an Energy Analyst at Interserve for a short period. Simon's previous roles include Tariff and Billing Manager at Daisy Communications Ltd., Events Manager - Rotunda 15 at Hammerson, and Customer Services Advisor at Newgate Communications. Throughout these positions, Simon has developed expertise in reporting, customer service, and billing processes. Simon is an alumnus of Bishop Vesey Grammar School, graduating in 1992.
