Tom Talbot

Tom Talbot is an ISOC Engineer Tier 1 SOC Analyst and ISOC Tier 1 Core Engineer at Intercity since February 2023, specializing in Cyber Security support utilizing tools like CyGlass and Checkpoint Harmony to enhance network threat identification. In addition to current roles, Tom has extensive experience in customer support as a Service Desk Analyst at Oosha and has worked as a carpet cleaner since the age of 14. Education includes a BSc (Hons) in Cyber Security from the University of Staffordshire, completed in 2021.
