Emma Godfrey

Emma Godfrey is a multifaceted educator and musician with extensive experience in teaching and performance. Currently serving as a Computer Science Teacher and Music/Drama Teacher at Anne Arundel County Public Schools since August 2017, Emma is also a Summer Enrichment Academy Instructor at Interclypse. Previously, Emma worked as a Teller at First Peoples Community Federal Credit Union and a Choral Scholar at Christ Episcopal Church. With a background in piano accompaniment for various schools and musical productions, Emma has worked with notable ensembles such as “The West Virginians” and local high school choirs. Emma holds a Master of Science in Education Leadership & Administration from Capella University and multiple degrees in Music Education and Performance from Alderson Broaddus University. Emma's diverse talents include skills as a soprano, belter, horn player, and pianist, complemented by roles in direction and choreography.
