Led by the Vice President of Commercial Operations, the team, including Commercial Traders and a Commercial Assistant, focuses on the strategic sourcing, pricing, and placement of recyclable materials. They foster relationships with commercial, industrial, and governmental organizations, ensuring seamless integration from waste collection to end-use processing while adhering to market trends and regulations.
