WHO WE ARE
Our approach to cementitious materials solutions.
At Intercoast Materials, we're more than just a supplier of cementitious materials; we're a dedicated team of industry experts passionate about excellence in the cement sector. As a subsidiary of Cement Advisors, LLC, founded in 2005 in Miami, we've evolved from our roots as Irkon, LLC, into a dynamic presence in the construction industry.

OUR JOURNEY
Over the years, we've embarked on a journey of growth and innovation, developing a robust network of international materials and equipment suppliers. We've also cultivated a balanced network of independent importers and final users across the Americas. Our mission remains clear: to source the right materials of quality and price for each market and deliver them efficiently to our clients.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Our portfolio proudly showcases remarkable achievements: spearheading the development of the Tritton Materials Alabama terminal, expanding Tradeland Americas' commodities presence, strategically co-investing in the SPCIM grinding plant in Brazil, and CDM Sureste in Mexico, founding, investing, and developing the Texan Cement terminal, and launching Cemad Logistics. These accomplishments reflect our commitment to industry innovation and success, driven by decades of experience and the belief that addressing challenges directly, one solution at a time, delivers exceptional service to our clients.
