Gregory Magarshak

Gregory Magarshak has extensive work experience in the tech industry. In 2006, they worked as a front-end developer at Bloomberg. In 2007, they founded Lucky Apps, a company focused on creating compelling Facebook applications. Gregory also worked as a web developer at UDFI and a programmer at FDT Design during that time. In 2008, they joined Social Shore - Silicon Alley's Social Media Company as a developer, where they were the first developer at OnePublic and helped the company land its first deals. In 2010, they worked as a developer at The Orchard and later joined TRAFFIQ/Mmi as a senior developer and advisor on product strategy. In 2011, they founded Qbix, Inc., where they served as the founder and CEO. Qbix, Inc. launched the Social Operating System, an open and decentralized platform that allowed users to launch their own communities and control their own data. The company's apps attracted 7 million users across 95+ countries and generated $1 million in revenue. Most recently, in 2017, Magarshak founded Intercoin, a distributed ledger platform designed to be both secure and scalable.

Gregory Magarshak earned a Master's degree in Mathematics from New York University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
