Muhamed E. is a highly experienced technical consultant specializing in security solutions, currently leading the Security Solutions Team at Intercom Enterprises since July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Security Team Leader and Senior Network Security Engineer at INFORT Egypt from January 2020 to July 2025, where proficiency was demonstrated with various security products including Forcepoint, Kaspersky, Paloalto, and Trendmicro. From October 2018 to December 2019, Muhamed held the position of Senior FO IP Backbone Network, Security and PS at Ericsson, focusing on troubleshooting and monitoring security firewalls and IP backbone nodes. Additional experience includes roles as Network and Voice Engineer at Protech and Technical Support Engineer at TE data, where expertise in Cisco systems and ADSL technical support was developed.
