Aaron Coughlan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Aaron started their career in 2014 at Breakthrough Cancer Research as a Marketing and Fundraising coordinator. In 2015, they joined Apple as a Tier 2 IOS & Mac Tech Support representative and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined Intercom as a CSS1 and later transitioned to the role of CSS2. From 2021 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Customer Support Specialist at Intercom before becoming a Premier Support Specialist in June 2022.
Aaron Coughlan completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Psychology at University College Cork in 2010. Later, in 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economics of Business Practice at the same institution.
