Alexia F has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Alexia started their career as an Office Administrator at IESA art & culture in 2012 and then transitioned to become an Executive Assistant at Galerie Saint-Martin in 2014. In 2016, they joined Accenture as a Customer Support Agent and later became a Quality Assurance Analyst & Trainer for YouTube Social & Community. Alexia then moved on to Asana, where they worked in various roles, including User Operations Specialist, User Operations Technical Expert, and User Operations Functionality Program Lead. In 2021, they worked as a Software Developer at FNZ Group before joining Intercom in 2022 as a Product Engineer I. Currently, they hold the position of Product Engineer II at Intercom from March 2023.
Alexia F completed a Higher Diploma in Computer Science - Software Development from the National College of Ireland in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they completed in 2011-2014. Additionally, they have earned several certifications related to web application security, specifically the OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, from LinkedIn in March 2021.
