Brian D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various industries. Brian started their career as a Research Assistant at the National Institutes of Health in 1995 and worked there until 1997. In 1997, they joined Matthews Media Group as an Analyst.

In 2000, Brian joined SkillSoft as an Instructional Designer and worked there until 2005. Brian then moved on to iQ Content, a prominent UX consultancy, where they served as the Director of Consulting from 2005 to 2012. During their time at iQ Content, Brian managed a team of consultants and worked with clients such as Citibank, Vodafone, Goodyear, permanentTSB, and Airtricity.

In 2010, they became an Affiliate Partner at UXalliance, a role they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Brian worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH), a major US educational publisher. Brian served as the Director of UX and later as the Director of Design at HMH. In these roles, Brian focused on shaping the company's digital strategy, implementing usability testing and product validation programs, and leading a team of lead designers.

Most recently, Brian joined Intercom in 2014 and has held various roles within the company. Brian started as a Product Manager and contributed to the development of a messaging platform that enables businesses to connect with their customers. In 2014, Brian was promoted to Senior Director of Product Management, and as of April 2022, they hold the position of VP Product at Intercom.

Throughout their career, Brian has gained expertise in UX design, digital strategy, user research, content creation, analytics, and product design.

Brian D. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgetown University in the period of 1991 to 1995. Brian achieved this degree within the field of study of Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Brian has also obtained a certification as a Google Analytics Authorized Consultant from Google. However, the specific month and year of when they obtained this certification are unclear.
