Collin Ferry is a Senior Solutions Architect at Intercom, where they work on Fin, a highly acclaimed AI Agent System. Previously, they were the first Solutions Architect on the engineering team at Instacart, playing a crucial role in developing the Instacart Connect API. Collin is also the founder of laboratory.love, a project focused on crowdfunding plastic chemical testing on everyday foods. In addition to their current roles, Collin founded TinySites, offering web services to small businesses, and has held positions across various tech companies, enhancing their expertise in solutions architecture and customer success.
