Franka Martinovic

Franka Martinovic has extensive work experience in customer support and management. Franka is currently working at Intercom as a Senior Manager Customer Support since November 2021. In this role, they are responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a team, as well as supporting day-to-day operations and driving cross-functional projects. Prior to this, Franka worked as a Manager Customer Support at Intercom from October 2019 to November 2021, where they were involved in leading daily operations, setting and achieving team KPIs, and inspiring the team around company strategies.

Before joining Intercom, Franka worked at Voxpro from November 2014 to June 2018. During their time there, they held various positions including Specialist teams Team Manager for Nest contract, Nest Team Manager, and Google Nest Tier 1 Technical Support. Franka was responsible for managing teams and providing technical support to customers.

In addition, Franka has experience working as a Campaign and Communications Assistant at Uplift - People Powered Change from September 2014 to November 2014. Franka also worked as a Parliamentary Correspondent at Otvoreni radio from November 2012 to January 2014 and as a Radio News Reporter at Soundset from May 2012 to September 2012.

Franka Martinovic completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Zagreb from 2006 to 2009. Franka then pursued a Master's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including "Designing and implementing a conversational framework for support teams" from Intercom in November 2021, "Diploma in Data Analysis and Visualisation using Tableau" from IBAT College Dublin in May 2021, and "The Complete Google Sheets Course: Beginner to Advanced" from Udemy in May 2020. Franka also holds certificates of merit and participation from Sofimun 2008 and Zagimun 2010 respectively. Moreover, they participated in the "Express your knowledge 2011" program offered by Aiesec Lublin.
