Jenny Kinmonth

Jenny Kinmonth is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, management, and executive assistance. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Intercom since April 2024, Jenny previously held the role of Director of Operations and EA to the CEO at Johnson Hana from February 2023 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing process improvements and office management. Prior to that, Jenny was Operations Director, Head of HR, and EA to the CEO at Mason Alexander for six years, managing various operational and HR functions. Jenny also founded WWMB.ie, promoting gender equality in the workplace, and has held multiple roles where operational management and executive support were key, including positions at Perpetua Fitness, MATRIX Claims Services Limited, and various roles within Australian government departments. Jenny holds a CIPD Diploma in HRM from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
