Kevin M.

Kevin M. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career as an AdSense Intern at Google in 2007, where they worked on creating marketing reports for AdSense for Mobile and handled video editing and web design projects. Kevin then joined HeyStaks as a Summer Intern in 2009, where they worked on web development and used technologies like Javascript, PHP, Apache Lucene, and Java EE.

In 2009, Kevin M. became a PhD Researcher at CLARITY Centre for Sensor Web Technologies at University College Dublin, where they conducted research in sensor web technologies until 2013. Kevin then worked as a College Lecturer at Griffith College Dublin from 2012 to 2013.

Moving on, Kevin M. worked as the Head of Data Insights at BetBright from 2013 to 2014, where they managed data analytics and insights. Kevin joined Intercom in 2014 as a Senior Data Scientist, leading key projects in decision support and scaling up data engineering and data analytics competencies. In this role, they also led analytics efforts for product launches and informed decision making for product leaders, contributing to the company's significant revenue growth.

Kevin M. then transitioned to the role of Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Intercom in 2018, where they built core elements of the Resolution Bot product using state-of-the-art NLP technologies.
