Landon M. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they started working at Allen ISD as the Mathematics Department Head and Instructional Lead, where they stayed until 2018. During this time, they demonstrated their leadership skills and expertise in mathematics education.

In 2016, Landon joined Xtreem Math Grant as a Software Implementation and Teacher Mentor, where they contributed to the implementation of software solutions and provided mentorship to fellow educators. Landon remained in this role until 2018.

In 2018, Landon joined Mitratech as a Software Trainer and Business Analyst. Landon then advanced to become the Manager of Professional Services in 2019. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Professional Services. Landon left Mitratech in May 2022, after four years with the company.

In 2022, Landon joined Intercom as the Manager of Customer Solutions and Onboarding. Within a year, they progressed to the role of Global Head of Customer Onboarding in April 2023, demonstrating their skills in customer service and onboarding strategy.

Landon M. began their education journey in 2009 at Texas Tech University, where they pursued two Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology. Landon successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2013.

Later, from 2016 to 2018, Landon enrolled at the University of North Texas, pursuing a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

Currently, Landon is attending Texas Tech University once again, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2022. Landon is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration & Information Systems.
