Mat Leszkiewicz

Mat Leszkiewicz has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Mat started their career as the President of the Students Council at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wroclaw, where they organized large-scale events and parades. Mat then worked as an Assistant to the Vice-Minister at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland, where they coordinated ministerial missions and improved workflow through the implementation of modern software tools.

After that, Mat worked as a Key Account and Training Specialist at LeadersWay and Libra Concept LTD, where they organized training events, improved management and marketing strategies for small businesses, and built a successful sales team. Mat then transitioned to a role as Team Leader and IT Support at BPL.COM, where they managed multiple construction sites, set up office workflows, and provided IT support remotely.

Mat then joined Accenture as a Content Review Associate, where they conducted investigations, resolved content policy violations, and responded to user inquiries. Mat later worked at TikTok as a Model Optimization Specialist, supporting the quality team in optimizing the quality assurance process and developing automated error tracking innovations.

Mat then had a software engineering internship at Fund Recs, where they designed CI/CD pipelines, developed AWS CloudFormation scripts, and used Elastic Search for threat hunting investigations. Currently, Mat is working at Intercom as a Customer Support Engineer, where they debug complex issues, develops tools to enhance team efficiency, and collaborates with product teams to influence the direction of the company's product.

Throughout their career, Mat has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams. Mat has also received recognition for their performance, including one of the highest annual performance bonuses at TikTok.

Mat Leszkiewicz completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences from 2009 to 2013, with a GPA of 4/5. Mat then pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology at the same university from 2013 to 2014, achieving a GPA of 4/5. In 2018, Mat received a certification from Google for completing The Google Digital Workshop. Later in 2019, they obtained certifications in Machine Learning Challenges from DataWorkshop, specifically Machine Learning Challenge #1, #2, and #3. Mat also received a certification called WTF - What the Frontend from DevStyle. Most recently, from 2021 to 2023, Mat pursued a Higher Diploma in Computer Science at South East Technological University, specializing in Computer Science.
