Megan Killion

Megan Killion is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in commercial sales and business development across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Sales for the Americas at Intercom, Killion leads efforts to scale the company's Commercial Business in North America while managing the Chicago office. Previous roles at Intercom include Director of SMB & Startup Sales for EMEA and Senior Manager of SMB Sales, achieving recognition in the Presidents Club in 2022. Killion's earlier experience includes impactful positions at Twitter and Salesforce, where significant contributions to marketing strategies and sales growth were noted. Killion holds a First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Innovation, and Technology from Dublin City University.
