Meghan Haenn is currently the Global Director of High Touch Customer Success at Intercom, where they leverage their expertise to enhance user experiences with Slack. Previously, Meghan served as a Public Policy Fellow at the Citizens Budget Commission, analyzing educational outcomes and financial data for the State University of New York system. Meghan has a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management and Policy from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University.
