Nicholas O.

Nicholas O. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nicholas started their career in 2007 as a Sports Trading Intern at Paddy Power. In 2010, they worked as a Medical Physicist at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital. In 2011, they joined Barco as a Research Intern for a few months. Nicholas then moved on to the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) where they held multiple roles including Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Product Owner from 2011 to 2015. Nicholas then transitioned to Intercom in 2016, where they worked as a Product Analyst and later as a Senior Product Analyst until 2021. Currently, Nicholas holds the position of Data Science Manager at Intercom, starting from 2021.

Nicholas O. completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics & Computer Simulation from Trinity College Dublin.
