Patrick Lindstrom, PhD, is a seasoned data infrastructure engineer currently serving as Principal Data Infrastructure Engineer at Intercom since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Groupon, as well as Senior Software Engineer at Readersight, where significant contributions included developing algorithms that substantially improved customer engagement. Earlier, Lindstrom held a postdoctoral researcher position at Dublin Institute of Technology, where a customer satisfaction data analytics tool was created, and also served as a part-time assistant lecturer, delivering lectures on various computing subjects.
