Paul H.

Paul H. has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Paul is currently working as a Senior Product Engineer at Intercom since August 2022. Previously, they worked as a Software Architect at Utmost from April 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Guidewire Software, where they held the positions of Software Architect from June 2017 to April 2021 and Software Engineer from April 2016 to June 2017. Before joining Guidewire Software, Paul H. served as the Chief Front-End Software Engineer at Wattics from January 2014 to March 2016.

Furthermore, they gained valuable experience at IBM, where they worked as a Software Engineer from October 2010 to January 2014. During their time at IBM, they were responsible for developing Geospatial Mapping for a Citywide Information Integration Offering. Paul also led a team to develop the Citizen Collaboration for Intelligent Operations Center product. Paul H. completed their education in the field of Computer Sciences and Business Administration. From 2004 to 2010, they attended the University of Münster and obtained a Diplom (German Master's Degree equivalent). In 2007 and 2008, they took part in an ERASMUS exchange program and studied Computer Science at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, in April 2021, Paul H. acquired the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
