Josh Lloyd

Josh Lloyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and operational excellence within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as VP of Quality & Operational Excellence at Intercontinental Engineering-Manufacturing Corporation since October 2021, Josh previously held the position of Quality Manager at Pentair from January 2019 to October 2021. Josh's tenure at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from January 2006 to January 2019 included roles as Product Quality Lead, Manufacturing Process Engineering Lead, Senior Quality Engineer, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where Josh spearheaded numerous quality improvement initiatives resulting in significant cost savings, managed new product launches, and enhanced manufacturing processes. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Kansas State University, obtained in 2006.
