Intercontinental Ship Management was built from the DNA of the shipping industry, after decades of seeing how easily trust can be lost when ship management becomes layered, opaque, and distant from the owner.

ICS was created to bring the mindset back to where it belongs: client-centric, transparent, accountable, and led by people who understand vessels, costs, crews, compliance, and the pressure behind every decision.

We combine industry experience with a modern operating model: direct senior accountability, disciplined technical execution, transparent procurement, clear financial reporting, strong HSQE control, and structured communication.

Our scope covers full ship management, dry dock management, newbuilding supervision, procurement, financial reporting, insurance and claims support, commercial coordination, crewing oversight, and specialised vessel support.

Through Hong Kong, Dubai, Cyprus, and India, ICS connects operational execution with owner-facing governance.

Our model is simple: diagnose before commitment, budget with transparency, transition without disruption, and manage with discipline.

Where Trust Meets Execution.
