ICC Intercultural Consultancy & Training is a division of ICC Intercultural Counselling & Competence Development Ltd (ICCD Ltd), a Malta-based, MFSA-registered practice.

We work with organisations, institutions, and professionals across sectors and countries in situations where collaboration, decision-making, or alignment across cultures is not working as expected and the underlying reasons are not immediately clear.

Our work follows a structured, framework-led approach to intercultural complexity, focusing on identifying and addressing the underlying dynamics that shape behaviour, communication, and organisational functioning.

This includes:
• structured diagnosis of cultural patterns, assumptions, and power dynamics
• development of shared understanding across stakeholders
• design of targeted interventions grounded in diagnostic clarity
• strengthening of internal capacity for sustained intercultural practice

We apply a systems-based and transdisciplinary approach that integrates psychological, social, and organisational dimensions, with a focus on professional judgement, governance, and real-world application.

Our work spans advisory, executive engagement, counselling-informed support, and applied capacity-building programmes in organisational and institutional contexts.

The practice was founded by Maria-Gabriele Doublesin, warranted Intercultural Community Counsellor and developer of applied diagnostic frameworks used in intercultural and organisational settings.
