Dan Fick

Dan Fick has a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition. Dan was the Director of Recruiting at InterDent Service Corporation from 2017-present, responsible for leading a team in hiring over 1,000 employees per year, including 120 doctors. Dan also modernized the recruiting function and maintained staffing levels during a challenging labor market.

Prior to that, Dan was the Director of Recruiting at Simple Finance from 2016-2017, where they led a team and implemented new processes to increase diversity in hiring.

Before that, Dan held various roles at Audigy Group from 2009-2016, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Human Resources. Dan built a staffing agency model, supported the recruiting needs of multiple companies, and managed a team of HR Business Partners.

Dan's earlier experience includes working as a Technical and Professional Recruiter at Lightfleet Corporation and as a Contract Analyst at Trustmark Insurance. Dan also served as a Senior HR Administrator at Trustmark Insurance Company.

Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated expertise in leadership, strategy development, and building talent pipelines.

Dan Fick obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College from 1997 to 2001. Their major subjects were Communications and English, with a minor in History.
