Andrew Spicer

Andrew Spicer is the Sr. Director and Head of Portfolio Quality at InterDigital Communications, Inc. They previously held roles as Director and Senior Patent Counsel, as well as Director and Head of US Portfolio Creation at InterDigital, Inc. Before that, Andrew served as Vice President of Patent Services at Technology, Patents & Licensing, Inc. and was a Partner at Carlineo, Spicer & Kee, LLC. Andrew began their legal career as an Attorney at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, following their education in Electrical Engineering and Law at Temple University.
