Cornelius Rightley

Cornelius Rightley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance at InterDigital, Inc. since April 2013, Rightley previously held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the same company. Prior to this role, Rightley was the Director of Finance for the Clinical Decision Support business unit at Elsevier, Inc., overseeing multiple product lines, and led the finance function in Mergers & Acquisitions as Finance Manager. Additional experience includes Finance Manager for Global Business Development at FMC Corporation and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Campbell Soup Company. Early in the career, Rightley worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School, a Fulbright Scholarship in International Finance from Goethe University Frankfurt, and a BS in Economic/Finance from the University of Scranton.
