Edward Park

Edward Park is a Sr. Patent Licensing Counsel at InterDigital, Inc., where they specialize in strategic IP monetization, including patent litigation and licensing, as well as IP transactions. Previously, they served as General Counsel at SPH America, LLC from 2011 to 2017 and worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Fidelis Law Group, PLLC from 2017 to 2022. Edward earned a BEng with Honors from the University of Nottingham and a JD from the UNH School of Law, being admitted to the Virginia bar and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 2012.
