Edward Tucker

Edward Tucker is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Senior Director of Tax at InterDigital Communications since April 2014. Previously, Edward held senior tax positions at Level 3 Communications and Global Crossing Telecommunications Inc., where leadership included directing tax matters for North America for companies with substantial revenues. Edward's earlier roles include Tax Counsel at Briggs & Stratton and Senior Manager at Global Crossing. Edward began a career in tax consulting as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP and gained initial legal experience as a Domestic Tax Counsel intern at General Motors Corporation. Edward holds a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Wayne State University, an MBA in Finance from Baruch College, a JD from New York Law School, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
