Karl Marshall

Karl Marshall currently serves as the Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Administration Manager at InterDigital, Inc., overseeing a global portfolio of 15 offices and more than 600,000 square feet of commercial space across North America, Europe, and Asia since September 2019. Prior to this role, Karl held various positions at BT, including Head of Real Estate and Facilities for North and South America, where responsibilities included managing a $50 million budget and overseeing properties across 19 countries. Karl also served as an Operational Engineer Manager at BT Americas, managing operations for over 50 Tier 3 Data Centers, and as the Mission Critical Data Center Manager at AT&T, focusing on the Philadelphia site's data center operations. Karl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
