Ravi Pragada

Ravi Pragada has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Sr. Principal Engineer and Sr. Director of Research & Innovation at InterDigital, Inc. since October 2010. In this role, Ravi drives 6G research initiatives focusing on end-to-end systems design and technology prototyping while identifying new technology opportunities and leading academic collaborations. Prior positions at InterDigital included Director & Principal Engineer, where Ravi contributed to 5G research, and Senior Manager for Advanced Air Interface, specializing in beyond-4G technologies. Ravi's early career included roles at Motorola Solutions, where foundational work on UMTS/WCDMA systems was conducted. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University and a Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
