Robert Rinaldi

Robert Rinaldi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Corporate Development & Strategy at InterDigital Communications since January 2017, Rinaldi is responsible for corporate growth strategies and managing the M&A process, including due diligence and integration efforts. Previously, as Director of Corporate Development/M&A at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Rinaldi evaluated growth initiatives and coordinated post-transaction integration. Rinaldi also held the position of Vice President at BGR Capital & Trade, managing significant acquisition and capital-raising projects, and served as Strategic Analyst for TAYLOR COMPANIES, advising on M&A activities. Rinaldi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University.
