With over 24 years of diverse experience in electrical design, Culai has designed power, lighting, and fire alarm systems for a variety of building types. As a Senior Electrical Engineer in the DC office, Culai is responsible for electrical design (power and lighting) and specifications, design narratives, conducting site surveys, ensuring quality control, construction administration, and overseeing the DC electrical engineering.
