Stephen Tarbuck

Stephen has over 35 years of national and international experience in building system design, construction, and commissioning. This diverse expertise provides an extensive knowledge-base for his role as Project Director, where he manages a MEP design team for the Washington DC work and is actively involved in each phase of the project.
