Lance Baschuk, C.E.T. has a comprehensive work experience in various engineering roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer Technologist at Argus Machine Co. Ltd., where they designed and drafted cementing equipment and managed multiple projects simultaneously. In 2014, they joined Brace Tool as a Mechanical Design Engineer, overseeing the engineering department and providing direction for API specifications, project implementation, and quality control. In 2018, they joined Packers Plus Energy Services Inc. as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist, incorporating project management practices and analyzing designs for cost reduction. Lance'smost recent role is with Interface Fluidics, where they started in 2021 as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist and is currently working as a QA/Production Manager.
Lance Baschuk, C.E.T. began their education in 2006 at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), where they pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Lance completed this program in 2008. Afterwards, they returned to NAIT and enrolled in another diploma program, this time in Drafting and Design Technology, from 2009 to 2011. In May 2014, Lance obtained the certification of Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) from ASET (The Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta).
