Michael F. Hill

Michael F. Hill is the President of Mission Capital Inc., where they provide corporate finance advisory services related to financings, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning. Michael has held various executive roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Cathedral Energy Services and Chief Executive Officer at Evoco Inc. They began their career at NOVA Gas Transmission, engaging in corporate strategic planning and technology management. Michael also served as Vice President of Corporate Development at PFB Corporation and was involved with Mosaic Capital Corporation as COO. They are currently pursuing a BSc in Civil Engineering at the University of Alberta and an MBA in Finance at Ivey Business School at Western University.
