Mohammad Yousefi's work experience begins with their current role as a Product Development Engineer (Trainee) at Interface Fluidics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Alberta starting in 2018. Mohammad'sexperience also includes multiple roles at the Petroleum University of Technology, where they served as the Petroleum Research Center Manager from 2012 to 2018, the Sessional Instructor from 2010 to 2018, and the Research Associate from 2010 to 2018. Before joining the university, they gained industry experience as a Reservoir Engineer Intern at the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) in 2005, and as a Production Engineer Intern at the Karoun Oil & Gas Production Company (KOGPC) in 2004.
Mohammad Yousefi pursued their education with a focus on petroleum engineering and related fields. Mohammad began their academic journey in 2002, enrolling at the Petroleum University of Technology. Mohammad dedicated four years to successfully completing their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering, specializing in reservoir studies.
Motivated to further enhance their knowledge and qualifications, Mohammad Yousefi pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree at the same institution. Mohammad specialized in Chemical Engineering with a focus on reservoirs during their three-year tenure from 2006 to 2009.
Subsequently, Mohammad Yousefi joined the University of Alberta in 2018 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mohammad'scurrent enrollment is ongoing, and they are anticipated to complete their PhD in 2022.
