Scott Whitworth has worked in the creative industry since 2000. From 2000 to 2017, they held various positions including Lead/Senior Artist at THQ, Digital Effects Coordinator at Digital Domain 3.0, Graphic Designer & 3D Artist at Eagle-Gryphon Games, Adjunct Instructor at The Art Institutes, and Freelance Artist at Whitworth Designs. In 2017, they became Creative Services Manager at Interface, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for successfully creating, managing, and coordinating graphic design projects from concept through completion, working closely with clients to create vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines and requirements. Additionally, they created marketing graphics and managed Kickstarter campaigns. At The Art Institutes, they provided instruction in 3D Animation, Video Game Art & Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Illustration, Traditional Sculpting, and Photo Manipulation. Scott also provided leadership in the development and revision of Digital Media Arts curriculum, participated in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation, and developed programs to measure student performance.
Scott Whitworth received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from The Art Institutes between 1997 and 2000.
