Helen Pearson is a dynamic and highly motivated research chemist with a solid foundation in materials and polymer chemistry. With experience as a Development Chemist at Electrolube and an Innovation Chemist and R&D Project Leader at Naturex, they contributed to various product development initiatives. Helen also served as a Laboratory Supervisor and Doctoral Researcher at Loughborough University, where they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy and a degree in Chemistry. Presently, they are the Technical Lead for Surface Modification at Interface Polymers Ltd, after holding the position of Senior Product Development Scientist at 3M from 2019 to 2024.
