Ross Baglin

Ross Baglin is the current CEO at Interface Polymers. Prior to this, they were the HR Director at Infineum from December 2010 to May 2017, where they covered 19 countries worldwide for a major global business. Before that, they were the Director of Talent and Leadership at the Department of Health from March 2010 to December 2010. From October 2006 to February 2010, Ross was the VP Human Resources at Shell EP, and from January 2006 to March 2010, they were the VP Human Resources at Shell.

Ross Baglin completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology at the University of Melbourne, followed by Whitefriars College.
