Senior Director, Customer Analytics at Interface Security Systems

Lisa Parker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa started their career in 2000 as an Indirect Account Executive at Suncom Wireless, where they played a key role in the market launch of a new wireless carrier. Lisa set up partnerships with local companies and assisted indirect retailers with training, order processing, inventory management, and compensation.

In 2003, Lisa joined AT&T Wireless as a Retail Store Manager. Lisa excelled in managing sales staff, implementing motivational strategies, and overseeing costs, inventory, and sales results.

Lisa continued to progress in their career and joined Westec InterActive in 2005 as an Inside Sales Representative and Sales Admin. Lisa was responsible for pricing and proposal configuration using Salesforce.com, as well as ensuring quality assurance and policy adherence in sales orders.

In 2008, Lisa joined Westec Intelligent Surveillance as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations. During their four-year tenure, they successfully deployed three CRM systems, including Salesforce.com and Microsoft CRM. Lisa'sprimary focus was on system adoption and data integrity through continuous training for approximately 100 users.

Lisa returned to Interface Security Systems in 2013 as the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations. Lisa took ownership of the GTM tech stack, which included Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Lisa held this position until 2022.

In 2022, Lisa joined Oasis as an Implementation Project Manager. Lisa'srole involves overseeing and managing project implementations.

Most recently, Lisa Parker has taken on the position of Senior Director of Customer Analytics at Interface Security Systems, starting in May 2022.

Lisa Parker attended Kirkwood Community College from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Liberal Arts. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Kennedy High School from 1986 to 1989. In terms of certifications, Lisa obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in 2013. Additionally, they achieved certification as a Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate in October 2021, both from Fortinet.
