Erin Goodman

Erin Goodman possesses extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Secure Operations Center at Interface Security Systems since July 2009. With a strong background in payroll processing for corporate, branch, and remote employees, Erin also focuses on recruiting technical positions within the company. Previously, roles included Manager of Secure Operations, where management of a large team and performance evaluation were key responsibilities, as well as Supervisor and Alarm Monitoring Representative. Earlier career experience includes working as an Insurance Service Representative at National General Insurance. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, complemented by earlier education at St. Louis Community College and St. Thomas Aquinas-Mercy High School.
