Ankur Dhar

Ankur Dhar serves as the HR Business Partner for Interface, overseeing HR operations across India, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Korea since March 2020. In this role, Ankur drives strategic people initiatives that align with the company’s vision and implements employee engagement programs and innovative talent strategies while considering diverse cultural contexts. Prior to this, Ankur was the Head of Human Resources at Steelcase from May 2014 to March 2020, where responsibilities included aligning HR with business strategy and developing programs to enhance people development and organizational culture. Ankur's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Manager HR at Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd, Manager HR at Marina Home Interiors, and Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Ankur holds a Senior Executive Development CHRO Program degree from XLRI Jamshedpur, a PGDMB in Human Resources from the National Institute of Business Management, and a BE in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
