Betsy Coxwell

Betsy Coxwell currently serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Interface, a position held since May 2023 after being promoted from Talent Acquisition Manager & Global Recruiting Lead. With over a decade of experience at Interface, Betsy has built the talent acquisition team and has driven functional strategy to attract top talent. Previous roles at Interface include Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Corporate Recruiter, and Benefits Administrator, where Betsy managed various HR operations and recruiting processes. Prior to joining Interface, Betsy gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at Kenny's Great Pies, Inc. and as a Sales & Marketing Assistant at the Law Office of Clyde M. Taylor, Jr. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Management and Human Resources Management from Florida State University.
