Billy Ingram

Billy Ingram has extensive experience in operations and product development, currently serving as the Director of Lean Product and Process Development at Interface since December 1997. In this role, Billy leads the cultural transformation of the US product development team and integrates sustainability principles into business models. Previous positions at Interface include Director of Operational Strategy, Director of Sustainable Support, and Director of Manufacturing Services, where key responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, sustainability initiatives, and quality assurance. Earlier experience at LaGrange Plastics Company involved roles such as Senior Industrial Engineer and Department Manager, focusing on process improvement and lean manufacturing. Billy holds an MBA in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Troy University.
