Brian Parnell is an experienced mechanical project manager and process engineering lead, currently serving at Interface since September 2014. Parnell has led machinery improvement projects to optimize carpet backing lines and manage a process engineering team focused on operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles at KRATON POLYMERS U.S. LLC, CP Kelco, Midwest Consolidated Plastics, ExxonMobil, Avery Dennison, and James River Corporation, where Parnell directed capital projects, improved plant performance, and implemented strategic equipment upgrades. Parnell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtained in 1992.
